    Shipping & returns

    In case of doubt, caused by this translation, the Dutch original text always prevails.

    All orders can be picked up at our counter at our address by appointment: Stedestraat 51, 8530 Harelbeke (Stasegem) between 9H00 and 18H00.

    If the buyer indicates to collect the goods himself, and this collection has not taken place within a period of 7 calendar days after the date of the order, the agreement is automatically dissolved without prior warning or notice of default.

    The storage of the goods, pending delivery, or collection, is always at the expense and risk of the buyer.

    Shipment of your order normally takes place within 36H00 after valid receipt of your order, and this while stocks last.

    Our suppliers usually deliver within 48 hours. In case of insufficient stock, your order will usually be delivered at the latest 60 hours after receipt of your order.

    The delivery times are only given by way of information and do not bind CAMJO.

    Delays in delivery do not entitle the buyer to compensation or to dissolve the agreement.

    The goods will be shipped at the risk of the buyer. The transport costs are, unless stipulated otherwise, for the account of the buyer.

    Complaints relating to a delivery must reach CAMJO within eight calendar days of delivery and in any case before the use or advance sale of the goods.

    These goods must always be returned in the undamaged original packaging to our address at Stedestraat 51, 8530 Harelbeke (Stasegem).

    The buyer cannot claim a refund if the product has been activated or used, has been damaged, has a damaged packaging, is not delivered in its original packaging, has not been returned properly and properly packaged, the original purchase receipt is missing, seals have been broken or specially ordered for the buyer.

    Consumables including batteries are excluded from returns.
